Leo J. Presiado, a member of the Firm, graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities (English and History). Mr. Presiado received his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1993. In 1992 he served as a full-time Judicial Extern to the Honorable Calvin K. Ashland, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California and the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel of the Ninth Circuit.

He was admitted in 1993 to practice in the State of California, the United States District Court, Central District of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the State Bar of California (Business Litigation Section), the Orange County Bar Association (Business Litigation Section), and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers where he served on the Board of Editors of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers' Report. He is also a member of the American Inns of Court.

Mr. Presiado has served as an instructor of Commercial Law at the University of California, Irvine (Extension Program) and as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Chapman University School of Law.
