M.Peter Crinella, a member of the Firm, graduated with honors from the University of San Diego in 1986. Mr. Crinella received his Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California in 1989 and his Masters Degree in History from the University of California, Irvine in 1998.

Mr. Crinella is admitted to practice in the State of California, the United States District Court, Central District of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Business Law Section of the State Bar of California, the Orange County Bar Association and the Orange County Bankruptcy forum.

Mr. Crinella is a member of the Association of Legal Historians and has been a member of the faculty and lectured in the fields of Legal and Urban History at the University of California, Irvine.
